11- Install Red5plugin on Windows

  1. Go to http://www.red5.org/, then click on Red5plugin in the left sidebar, scroll down and copy the Name and URL.
    Name: Red5Plugin 0.2.x (Eclipse 3.2+)
    URL: http://trac.red5.org/chrome/site/projects/red5plugin/update_0.2.x/
  2. Open eclipse, click on Help in the top menubar, then click on Install New Software, then click the Add button. Then for name and location, copy those from the Red5 site (in step 1).
    (In eclipse: in the name field, use Red5Plugin 0.2.x (Eclipse 3.2+) and in the location field, use http://trac.red5.org/chrome/site/projects/red5plugin/update_0.2.x/.) Then click OK.
  3. There will be a list of items with checkboxes....check the box that says General and expand it and check all checkboxes under it. Then click Next », then click Next » again, then check the box to accept the terms, the click Finish, and wait while it downloads the red5plugin.
  4. If you get a warning message like the one below, then just click OK:
    Warning: You are installing software that contains unsigned content. The
    authenticity or validity of this software cannot be established. Do you want to
    continue with the installation?
  5. Then click Yes to restart eclipse.
